[Database class] Correction database hw3 part 2

Kevin and database class,

Right.  There is a typo in the homework, even thought it really
does not affect the query.

The question should read "before Fall 2009" instead of "before Spring 2009".

I am sending this msg to the whole class and I am correcting the
homework online as well.
