[Database class] db project viewpoint suggestion

Thamer and db class,

OK, apartment rental is a good project.  You have the go ahead.
But, need to address the following:

(1) Your viewpoint seems to be from a db person's view.  You need
    to switch to a user-interface view.  You need to say your
    application when finished can:  check who is behind on rent,
    list vacant appartments for potential renters,  know when a unit
    will become vacant,  when to send lease renewal notices, ...

    Instead of the above view,  you seem to focus on how to maintain
    and retrieve data from the tables.

(2) From the point 1,  then you can consider what database tables you
    need, and what user interface features to have
