[Database class] PHP code access

Dear DB class,

We will be covering using PHP to access MySQL databases.

The sample PHP source code we will be using are available from
the notes page.  Just click on the "PHP Source Code" link
on the top right side of the notes page.

Much of this code is not covered yet.  But we will go through
all of them in time.
