[Database class] apparement project

I got it and it is a nice project.  But

(1) You need to consider leases.  You don't even have a lease table!

(2) For appartment, you don't have customers, you have tenants.  So
    you need to research the appartment rental business and get to know
    it.  Otherwise,  your project will not be done correctly.

(3) Each appartment need to have details such as how many bedrooms, bathrooms,
    and any equipment provided such as refrig, dish washer, ...

(4) Each apparement must have description on heating, A/C, hot water, parking,
    ....

So if you do more consideration you can refine your project.

You have the go ahead.
