[Database class] Database HW4 Part 2 (Q & A)

When someone check out, a display of the cart is shown, then when the checkout
is selected as the next action,  we would normally collect payment.  In our homework
we will assume payment is collected and go to the next step which is recording the
sale, with the order number, and the items purchased into the database.  And then,
display a receipt to the user.  A receipt is a little different from a cart display
in that a receipt has a

date
order number
customer name, address, phone, etc (depending on the application)
then the list of items/services together with pricing, and perhaps other
charges (shipping, tax, ...)

I am sending this to the whole class.
