[Database class] CS4/53005 Intro to Database Project

Thomas,
I like big ideas and project that has potential to grow. But for
the term project we are not after the complete database with a large
collection of data, we are after the design, and the full support of
the code. For that the tables don't need to have hundreds or enen tens
of records.
Thus, you don't need any other set up.
