[Database class] Login or no login

Hasan,

If any customer can purchase something,  we don't usually require
login but require other relation info such as names and phone number,
etc.  Certain before checkout is complete.

As you say registration for an account is usually for loyalty programs,
or for convenience next time the customer returns.

But, it is usually required for an agent or operator who uses
the application (your PHP program) to login first because the application
will access/update the database and that is usually permitted for everyone.
