[Hacksu] LUIS: natural language made simple

Hi Hackers,

This week we’ll be hearing from Isaac who will be talking about LUIS
<https://www.luis.ai/> a cool natural language processing API. We’ll be
building a project with jQuery, so you won’t need to install anything, but
a text editor like Atom <https://atom.io/> or Sublime Text
<http://www.sublimetext.com/> will make things easier.
