[tutors] shifts?

Hey Tutors,

I just talked to Jan. Periodic crowds of students wanting help just
before deadline are to be expected. If you want to, you can stay
longer and help. Jan says that such work of yours will be
paid. However, try to not stretch it out as our tutoring budget is
limited.

Meanwhile, 5pm every Friday is tutoring coordination meeting. Your
presence is mandatory. If you cannot attend, notify me. 

This Friday, we'll talk if any shift reallocation is needed and
possible.
