[tutors] Computer Science ... - Should we add a totals column to this?

Hey Tutors,

When you are feeling bored, do you want to whip together a graph
breakdown of the number of student requests by hour of the day so we
can better see the daily dynamics?

We need series per individual week and a cumulative trend. I started
buiding the data in Graphs!A54, it seems to require manipulation of
timevalue(), and countifs() Google sheets functions.
