[tutors] tutoring issues

Jan,

Here are the tutoring issues

- for spring semester, the schedule remains the same 9-9 except for
  Friday. One tutor per shift. Josh will sort out his face-to-face
  tutoring and let us know soon.
	
  You will be compiling the tutoring schedule. Up to three
  tutors are graduating this fall. We may need to hire more.

- thanksgiving week. Tutoring on usual schedule on Monday, Tuesday,
  Saturday, Sunday. No tutoring on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday

- no tutoring on finals week.

- tutoring restarts the first week of classes in the spring.
