Tutors,

Welcome to the spring semester. We are meeting at 5pm on Friday,
January 15. If you cannot attend, let me know asap.

We start tutoring at 9am on Tuesday, January 19th. 

I added seven of you plus myself and Jan to the above mailing

I created a new google spreadsheet to keep track of the student requests. It
is shared with you all. The link is this:

Jan, there is a tab there for schedule. Can you update it to the
Spring schedule?

The tutoring and coordination meetings will be held on Blackcoard. I
created a course for CS tutoring, similar to the fall cours. All
tutors, myself and Jan are signed up to the course.

The tutoring and meeting will be in the course room. You should come
through flashline to get the moderator role. Students will come
through guest link.
