[tutors] notes online, attending meetins and other topics

Tutors,

Several things:

- I put up the tutoring notes and tutor duties online here:

  http://www.cs.kent.edu/~mikhail/classes/tutoring/

- showing up for Friday meeting is required. If you can't come, notify
  me in advance. Last time, four people weren't there. See notes.
  Email me and explain your absence.

- this comes from Prof. Khan. If students come to you and, rather than
  substance, they are not understanding some procedural issues for a
  course: deadlines, what needs to be done, etc. And you could not
  figure it out, notify the instructor or me asap.
  We discussed such incidents a couple of times during the meetings.
