[cs13001] Tuesday lab cancelled, Lab 10 extension for Section 002

Section 002 students,

Kent State canceled daytime classes today's (Tuesday, Oct 30). So
there will be no lab session today. You will still have to submit the
tenth lab (Pointers) assignment. 

Here are the conditions (this is for section 002 only, the other
sections are to proceed as usual):

* the deadline for the 10th lab is moved to the deadline of the 11th
  lab;
* there is no attendance penalty. That is, you will not be penalized
  2 points for not attending the lab
* you are encouraged to attend the labs of the other four sections to
  get the information about the lab and help from the lab instructors.
