[cs13001] On extensions and snow days

CSI students,

The extension for lab 3 (looping) is given to sections 001 and
003. The specifics are as follows. Attendance requirement for this lab
and these sections are waived. The third lab is due at the same time as
the forth lab. That is, it is due at midnight on Friday, February 7th
for full credit and on Tuesday, February 11 for partial credit. 

No other group extensions are given. There are no extensions for
university closing on February 5th.
