[CSI] on campus shutdown and remote instruction

CSI/CS3 students,

The campus is shut down. There will be no face-to-face instruction at
least until April 16th. There will be no classes or labs this
week. All deadlines are moved forward. I will be testing the means for
remote instruction this week and expect to have a setup for the next
week for both labs and lectures. I will email further instructions to
this mailing list later this week.
