[CSI] lectures/office hours moving online

CSIA students,

Starting on Tuesday, August 31, the lectures will be delivered
online on blackboard. I added a link to "blackboard collaborate ultra"
to the blackboard part of the course. I also added the guest link to
the lectures to the course's webpage:

     http://www.cs.kent.edu/~mikhail/classes/csi/

My office hours are now online-only also. Quizzes will be administered
online. More information about quizzes will be coming.

The labs, and the CSIA final exam are still in-person.
