[Cs3] chapter references to Gregoire book

CS3 studnts,

Mark Gregoir's book "Professional C++" that we used for the first
part of the course is not very good for patterns. Also, he changed his
chapter numbers from edition 2 and 3. However, he covers non-pattern
material that we study with each lectrue. So, for now, I removed
references to Prof C++ chapers from the website for Patterns part
of the course, but I will re-instate them to concrete subjects
shortly.
