[Cs3] subversion problems, section 001 extensions

CS3 students,

our project submission system has been experiencing problems since
Tuesday afternoon. Admins are working on fixing it as soon as
possible.

Now, section 001 (Joseph's Wednesday section) who had the deadline for
lab 11 submission last (Tuesday, Nov 7) night. Are given one week
extension for this lab.

All other deadlines for all other sections remain in place.
