[Cs3] no tutoring during thanksgiving

CS3 students,

Tutors are off Nov 22 (Wed) through 26th (Sat) both online or and
in-person. They'll be out chasing wild turkeys.  They restart on Nov 27
(Sunday) on their usual schedule.
