[Cs3] example final and study topics

CS3 students,

For those who want to get started in advance, I posted the final exam
study topics and an example final on the coure's webpage. Note that
the example final is somewhat "easy". Some of the questions on that
exam are too "easy" with no code written or read. These days, for all
questions expect reading and writing code.

Also, the study topics are preliminary. The tail end of it may be
changed as we approach the end of the semester.
