Hello OS Class:

A student inquiry on project 2, "can we assume that the lowest arrival
times will always be first in the file we are reading in from? This is how
it appears in the example file, but will that always be the case with any
files we are reading in from?"

Yes, you may assume the entries in the file are sorted by arrival time.
