[Cs35101] final grade calculation

Hello Computer Architecture Class:

I will be assigning one more homework assignment due at the beginning of
class on our last lecture day.  This will make a total of 6 homework
assignments.  Some of these questions you may need read ahead to answer.  I
would like you to attempt these questions anyway.  I will send an email to
this list-server when I post the homework.

I will drop the lowest of your homework assignment grades (percentage wise)
in calculating your final class grade.  So, if you missed or intend to miss
a homework assignment, this missed homework score is dropped.

Also, I will extend the percentage to earn a C in this class.  if you score
a 70% to just under 73%, you will earn a C in the course, not a C-.  That
is, scores in the range of 70 to < 77 will earn a C in the class.  B-, D+,
etc will not change.
