[Database class] DB: milestone I

Stephen and DB class,

That is the purpose of milestone one. After I receive a milestone one
I will respond to it by suggesting improvements/refinements and points
to note. Or I may suggest rethinking the whole idea.

If anyone has a project that you might reasonably think it may cause you
problems as far as my approval, you can ask a specific question before
finishing your milestone one.

But, I won't be able to answer questions such as "is a summer school
database project" OK? Or is a stamp collection database OK. Of course
just the title of the project is not something that tells me much to
say OK or not OK. I'd have to see your goals, ER diagrams, what the requirements
(ie. what will the finished project do) before I know what to say.

Hope this helps.

Paul
