[Database class] Homework: no revision rule posted

Dear DB class,

Hope you all had a great weekend.  Please note that I have
posted the following verbiage at the beginning of our
homework page.

  Homework can be submitted by the due date ONCE.
  After a HW is submitted, no revisions will be allowed.
  Your submitted HW will be graded after the due date
  and your HW grade can be obtained online.

Just wanted everyone to be notified.
