[CSI] blackboard collaborate ultra brower microphone/camera permissions issues

CSIB/CS3 students,

We had a BCU lab session this morning. A few students had issues with
their microphone/camera. The user needs to give explicit permission to
the browser (chrome) to use microphone/camera. The prompt comes up
automatically when microphone is first used. However if you missed it,
you can fix it in the browser settings. Here is a link as to how to do
